• Emirates ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or other legal documentation
• Profile photo
• Banking and payment details
• Residence visa or work permit information

b. Vehicle and Employment Details

• RTA permits and licenses
• Partner company/employer information

c. Usage and Device Information

• GPS location and movement tracking (while logged in as available)
• App usage behavior and session data

• Criminal background check and driving record (as required by law)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Register and manage your partner account
• Verify your identity and eligibility as a chauffeur
• Connect you with ride requests and customers
• Provide trip tracking, navigation, and support services
• Process payments and manage earnings
• Ensure compliance with UAE transportation and safety regulations
• Detect and prevent fraud, unsafe behavior, and policy violations
• Communicate important updates, promotions, or changes to the App or your account

3. Sharing of Information

4. Location Data

Your real-time location is collected to match you with riders and navigate during trips. This is active only when you are logged in and available to accept rides. Location tracking may continue in the background for safety and compliance, even when the app is closed.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, regulatory, accounting, and operational needs. After the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
